Ooops I have a weblog, don’t I?
I’ve been very swamped with DVD’s as of late. Between watching those and and real life… I haven’t really felt like posting here.
I even managed to do something silly with my DVD buying, I bought My Man Godfrey twice. It was only $6.99 per copy… but I don’t need two.
I’ve been loving the Dream Factory musicals set. I’ve seen all of the movies before (except not all of Ziegfeld Follies). I still haven’t watched Its Always Fair Weather, but I’m saving that little treat for sometime in the next few days. I can’t wait to see it in widescreen for the very first time!
I have the soundtracks to Summer Stock & Its Always Fair Weather on CD (they’re Rhino Handmade numbered releases) and it’s nice to be able to know exactly where the music fits into the movies. I think I might try to get Three Little Words too.
I’ve also got the Lucy & Desi Set, as well as Pin Up Girl & Weekend in Havana. I’m working through them all and will try to post my thoughts!
