does any1 remember a tvshow or mayb a movie tht was big late80s early90s that was like a kids radio staion?

it was like a musical kinda thing. the kids dressed up and sang a bunch of different songs. all i can remember was a song with….. "oooh wee baby oooh wee dontcha wanna take me on a sea cruise." in the chorus.
