What are some good up-beat songs and ballads for a musical theater audition?

I am a seventeen year old girl and I am auditioning to be in the Sacramento Musical Theater and I need a ballad and an up-beat song for my audition. I need some good suggestions. I have a wide range but I am mostly a soprano. It would be great if someone with experience could answer this for me. Thanks!
