where can i audition for broadway musicals?

i was wondering where i can audition for broadway musicals?
a lot of ppl approached me (random ppl i dont even know) and told me that i have a great voice for broadway. i am a classically trained ballet dancer, i take piano classes and voice lessons. I am currently 13 years old. does anyone know how i can get started? and where? prefferebly in toronto. or canada? If its out of that vicinity thats cool too. i just want to know where i can audtion for them?
